    Four Week Fitness Program

    This four week program will improve your general fitness, as well as your overall speed, leg speed and flexibility

    Shooting Program

    This program is designed to develop skills in Ball work and Shooting. It is vital to practice these skills. Using this program at least 2-3 times a week you will notice improvement with your strength, skills and accuracy.

    Home Training Program

    This program can be completed at home to increase your skills in terms of balance, agility, ball work and elevation.
